Designing with Heart (and a 🚴 Helmet)

I’m a Toronto-based product designer with 11+ years in SaaS, including 8 at FreshBooks shaping product and marketing experiences. I believe empathy is the heart of great design—understanding people to create work that’s intuitive and impactful. When I’m not designing, I’m cycling uphill (mostly to get passed by my group), traveling, or chasing down the mythical perfect matcha latte. I’m also a lifelong Leafs fan, so yes—I’m very familiar with heartbreak and the phrase “maybe next year.”
